Roles & Responsibility
- Manage station of Google Enterprise Apps for work (Google Email, Docs, Sheets, etc.) –
manage users, policies, data, backups, email groups, etc.
Experience in maintaining and supporting Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience in the Linux Environment. In troubleshooting with applications and
installation of apps and services.
Experience in maintaining IT assets and audit focused.
Experience in managing laptop, and local servers (including the software)
Assist in hardware and software failure situations and manage repair and recovery.
Manage VPN, VOIP phones, Remote Desktop Management, and other desktop
management services
Provide user support remotely to the branch oƯice as needed. Investigate and
troubleshoot issues.
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware,
server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs,
and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions and should have
knowledge on security audits.
Experience in managing internal and vendor contracts that are applicable to
maintenance and support.
Primary management of corporate network infrastructure including corporate, firewalls,
routers and switches.
Should be able to handle any type of technical issues individually within the TAT.
