Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- FaWork with outside data sources and APIs.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Collaborate with the development team to design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Android applications.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team’s coding standards.
- Test and debug applications to ensure optimal functionality.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Java and/or Kotlin.
- Familiarity with Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
- Knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Basic understanding of RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
