Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates proactively.
- Post jobs, pre-screen resumes, and conduct interviews (telephonic and in-person).
- Manage recruitment activities through portals likeĀ Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job Portal.
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Identify and clarify hiring specifications and key competencies.
- Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate job descriptions.
- Develop strategic action plans to maximize candidate sourcing.
- Build strong relationships with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Take full responsibility for recruitment activities within assigned accounts, including stakeholder coordination and HR meetings.
