HR Associate

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates proactively.
  • Post jobs, pre-screen resumes, and conduct interviews (telephonic and in-person).
  • Manage recruitment activities through portals likeĀ Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job Portal.
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Identify and clarify hiring specifications and key competencies.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate job descriptions.
  • Develop strategic action plans to maximize candidate sourcing.
  • Build strong relationships with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Take full responsibility for recruitment activities within assigned accounts, including stakeholder coordination and HR meetings.
